Solved Restore Lenovo Desktop To Factory Setting

I have a used Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop from a company that went out of business. I have NO disks, etc. I turn it on and it asks me to push Ctrl/Alt/Del to start and I do. Then it has a login screen with a persons name already typed in, the password field is blank,

i want to restore the computer to factory settings.

      To restore a lenovo to factory settings, restart the PC and press F11 wheb booting, before windows starts. It will ask you if you want to restore.. just follow the prompts..
