How Do You Do A Factory Reset On Dell Latitude D610

I need to completely wipe everything off my Dell LATITUDE D610 laptop and restore it back to its original factory settings

    1. Restart the system. Hold the Ctrl key and tap F11. That will bring up a restore menu.

    2. Be very aware the factory reset/restore will erase everything in the process. So if there is anything you’d like to preserve, first ensure you it copied to external storage; typically dvd at least (2 copies if things such as faimly photos) and also to an external hard drive too if possible.
