How To Transfer Pictures From Windows 98 Comp

I have pictures on my old computer (windows 98 pc), which I don’t use anymore.
I want to transfer them to my external hard drive.
What are the steps?

      98 probably can’t see your external drive. You can remove the 98 drive and attach it as a slave drive to the computer with the external drive. Then transfer the pics as you would any other files.

      Or if the 98 computer has a cd burner you can copy them to a cd. Or you could even use floppy disks if the other PC has a floppy drive.
