Is Sony Vaio E-Series VPCEG17FG is support Windows XP or not

Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit), 4-GB
Currently I am using Sony Vaio E-Series VPCEG17FG with Window-7 Home Premium but i need to use Windows XP for my official work because some application are not working on Windows-7 but all those services are working on Window XP. So Please help me to short out this issue.

The problem you will have is drivers for the graphics, sound, ethernet, chipset etc that one usually has to do after installing an operating system. Here's my recommendations: 1. by a decent used laptop built and running xp and use that one for work, keeping an updated unit with the Win7 for your own use. If this is not an option then one can check Sony to see if they ever made XP drivers for your model and they didn't...just checked, so finding the needed drivers would be difficult and maybe impossible in some cases as no xp drivers were made for some newer stuff. That is the problem and Sony especially.
