Myphoneexplorer Is Not Working On My Windows 10 PC

Can you elaborate on how you solved this problem. When I open myphoneexplorer it now states that it “is not responding” and won’t even load all the way. I re-installed but no luck.

      try launching outlook.exe from this location:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16

      instead of:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office8
