192.168.0.50 Setting Up D-Link DAP-1360

I am trying to setup D-Link DAP-1360 as a range extender, but am unable to see the device from my browser. The IP address is given to be 192.168.0.50. My router IP address is 192.168.1.1 and my PC IP address is 192.168.1.34. Please help.

      Connect with a regular network cable. The router may be set to not respond to ICMP packets (ping) so attempt to connect to the device’s management interface through the web browser.

      If you can’t, then try resetting it to factory defaults according to the procedure detailed in the manual you received with the device.

      If you still can’t get into it after all the above, call the manufacturer’s support line and get their help.

      If you still can’t, exchange the device for a new one as it must be broken.
