How To Locate Programdata Folder In Windows Server 2003

Guys, I use windows 2003 server and I want to put my dbase in the programdata folder. yet, I can not locate the folder. Could anyone help me on this?

The default data folder is normally specified in the my.ini file as far as I can recall.
