Windows XP does not provide support for the below listed motherboard used in the “Compaq CQ5210F” desktop computer..
The motherboard is a “Pegatron Narra 5.0” mainboard. It is an OEM product manufactured by “Asustek Corporation”. The identification on the motherboard is an “M2N68-LA”. There is no support for this motherboard on the Asustek or Pegatron web sites. The only support is on the HP web site. The HP support is for Windows 7 only. You will need to obtain the drivers at other locations on the internet. Below are the listings of the file names that I used for the install and where I obtained them.
After you install Windows XP Pro, you will need the following drivers for this motherboard:
NVidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 Display Adapter

Network Adapter, and other missing adapaters:
Realtek RTL8201N Network Adapter, and other adapters.

The file names listed above are the ones that I used for the installation.
You should be able to find most of the motherboard drivers (video/nic/chipset), on the Nvidia web site:http://www.nvidia.com
The “LSI SV92EX Soft Modem Driver”, I found on the “Drivers Guide” web site: http://www.driversguide.com
The REaltek ALC888S High Definition Audio Driver, I found on the HP web site.
Look in the Download Drivers area and search for the file “WDM_R245.ZIP”
