Recently, Google Chrome hasn't been working properly with websites that use Adobe Shockwave Player. Here's how to fix it:
Step 1.
Go to Adobe's website and download Shockwave Player:
http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
Step 2.
Download and run the installer.
Step 3
. Type into chrome:
about:plugins
Step 4
. Select the
+Details
option in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 5
. Scroll down to the one labeled
Adobe
.
Step 6
. There should be two files. Find the one that is stored in a folder labeled
Chrome
. This should be beneath the
Version
, under
Location
.
Step 7
. Select the blue text that says
Disable
.
Step 8
. Voila! Chrome should now work with Shockwave Websites.
