Xp pro will not load following replacement of motherboard

Specs: WIN XPPRO SP3, AMD ATHLON II
MOTHERBOARD FAILED - REPLACED WITH NEW MOTHERBOARD / PROCESSOR / MEMORY PACK AND PS.
ALL OTHER SYSTEM ITEMS DISCS CD / DVD DRIVES ETC UNCHANGED
CAN ACCESS ALL MAIN DISC DATA WHEN LOAD XP PRO IN SAFE MODE BUT CANNOT LOAD NORMALLY - BLUE INDICATOR LOCKS UP AROUND 80%.

XP PRO IS SP3 WITH FULL UPDATE AND WITH EXTENSIVE SOFTWARE INSTALLED -
I DON'T WANT TO START AGAIN

At a minimum you will have to do an "over-the-top" repair install.

XP and every other more recent operating system from Msoft is tied to the hardware it was installed on. You are fortunate you can get it to boot in safemode.

Turn off the Caps Lock!

All your files, documents & programs will still be intact, but you will have to reinstall ALL the Windows updates.

It is considered bad manners to type in uppercase and it makes the post difficult to read turn off the caps lock

All , Thank you for your inputs - I will try an over-the top then tackle the Microsoft activation problem - if problems I will install new copy of XP and stsrt again. Apologies for the caps.
