XP only reading 1TB NTFS drive dirs to F

Specs: Windoze XP, 1.6/2
I have been using an NTFS 1TB external on a OSX machine with extra software that allows me to write to the disk. My mac is in the shop, and now when plugged into my XP laptop, the drive and all of it's dir/subsequent files only display up to the letter "F." Under the drive's properties, it's displayed as a 1tb drive, with the proper 900gigs used, and 300mb free (as is it's proper status). I checked Disk Manager utility and it shows a healthy drive, with the proper used/free ratio.

I'd like to post that it's all under one partition.

Click on the explorer panel that has the files. Then just type the keys slowly after f and see what happens. Does it scroll down to the bottom?

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

As the dir's aren't detected; explorer errors out and chimes whenever any keys are pressed to access the non displayed dirs. ie, type g, *chime*, h, i, so forth.

I might have to run backup diagnostics and copy the drive to another one, but that'll be a huge hassle.
