I have an odd problem, I have Windows XP installed on a 160GB NTFS partition (one partition on a SATA drive), have an Intel P4 2.8 & Intel chipset on the MB, it will show the XP splash screen for a bit then flash a blue screen & instantly reboot, same loop in safe mode just without the splash screen, the install disk shows the disk as an unknown partition, if you boot it with a Linux CD you can access the drive and all data just fine & Linux reports it as NTFS, can this be repaired or will it have to be wiped clean & start over?
