I am missing two dll files. I need ifccc.dll and vtuvvt.dll. Does anyone know where I can find these files?

I'd suspect these are links to rogue dll's left over after some malware removal, or possibly your security has just quarantined the associated programs. Either way they are not 'normal' dll files and you need to find what is actually asking for them when you boot up.

they were files that were infected by trojan viruses. Bit defender could not delete them so recommended to zip them up and manually put them in the trash. Which is what I did. Now I get a message when I start up the computer that windows cannot find these files. They were in the windows/sys32 folder.

Probably references left in the registry but its a matter of exactly what you should be looking for. Most likely place:

Another (less likely) place is the same path in:

Maybe something like MalwareBytes will find and delete them if you don't fancy diving into the registry. Otherwise, see if anything suspicious appears in the Startup tab when you type msconfig in the Run box. If so untick the entries, which is a crude workaround.
