writing files to cdr

Specs: Windows XP
OK, I am sort of a novice...that being said...I have a bunch of files in a folder. I have used the "click and drag" method to arrange these files in the order in which they should appear inside the folder. But when I try to copy this folder to a cdr, it automatically arranges the files by size. How can I get around this and arrange the files in the correct order?

what are you trying to accomplish by your sort order?

Well, the files are being put on the cdr and sent to a remote office, where they will be printed into a marketing book. It would be nice if the files were in the correct order on the cdr.

There's no file order, inside a directory, there only is an order in which the files are displayed, being in a given folder.
