With regards to your issue, i feel it could be just the icon of the software which is still left behind after the uninstall as rightly suggested by phill22. However i would suggest you to try this freeware which ensures complete uninstall of the program (even from the registry). It's downloadable as a trial version for 30 days and is called Revo uninstaller. Run the program and check if the software mentioned is listed. If not, you can choose an option called as "Hunter mode" in which you simply have to point the cursor on the software you wish to uninstall. This will ensure complete uninstallation of the software.
