windows won,t boot up even in safe mode it just keeps trying to reboot havn,t added any new software or hard ware recently

If it won't even start in safe mode it almost certainly means faulty hardware, and if you aren't hearing any unusual beeps from the BIOS, generally it's the hard drive that's failed but you need to test the hard drive to be certain of that. If some other hardware has failed (eg RAM modules) you should hear some unusual beeps at boot time.

Have you just removed an infection?

Remove memory / ram sticks & clean the contacts. If multi sticks, try just one stick to test.
