windows xp recovery console won't accept blank password

Specs: Windows XP
I am doing windows XP recovery, then I am prompted for administrator password which is blank, but when I press enter ( meaning no password), it doesn't like it.

So how do you do a windows recovery with null or blank password?

It accepts blank passwords. The password it is requesting is for the account called Administrator, not just an account with admin privileges.

You've been helped by a 14 year old.

What is it that you're trying to do? The recovery console is similar to DOS. You have to enter & run text commands from the command line:

If you're trying to repair Windows, you should be doing a repair installation which is a completely different thing:
