Window's Reboots Automatically
I recently installed a new video card, following the directions to remove the current video card drivers first before installing in the new vid card.

Ever since that install, I've been receiving crashes from my computer everytime I'm running some sorta high graphics stuff like a Flash application on a browser, or games such as Counter-strike.

My new vid card is a ATI Radeon x1650 Pro 512 GDDR2 128bit.

Each time my computer restarts, I find this in the event viewer.

Can anyone interpret the following errors? I've done a search with no luck in pinpointing the problem.
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf82a2ec, parameter3 a735ab18, parameter4 00000000.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
My comp specs are 768 MB RAM, Pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz, using XP SP2

If this is a matter of driver conflicts, how would I go about fixing it since I've already executed the uninstall of the old "onboard" video card drivers already.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Also, make sure it is not overheating.

Are minidumps being created with each crash? Look in your c:\windows\minidump directory for *.dmp files with dates corresponding to the date/time of the crash.
