It's not a good idea to post your email address, you will get spammed. I've removed it for you.

Are you using external speakers? If so, plug them into another device that produces sound such as an mp3 player to see if they work on there.
Also look in Device Manager and see if there is a yellow exclamation mark next to your sound device or of it is disabled.

You can check by connecting a set of headphones, whether u get sound or not.

OR you can install the drivers for audio in order to get sound from the computer. Drivers will be easily available on your computer manufacturer's support website free of cost!

I have that problem after re-booting. No sound. It happens every time I reboot. It comes up muted, without showing itself as "muted". So, I go to the sound icon in the taskbar (speaker icon), and click once. Up comes the volume and mute controls. I click the "mute" box, then un-click it, muting, then unmuting, and voila! I get sound again.

I have no idea why this happens, but it's consistent with every boot.

It's just like the rear hatch on our minivan. When I push the remote to unlock it to open it up, sometimes it won't open, and it seems the latch isn't fully disengaged. When that happens, I just use the remote to re-lock it, then unlock it again. It works every time.

Ain't technology wonderful??
