Specs: Windows XP
Windows Failing to Load - Insufficient System Resources Exist
The problem I'm having is this:

When I startup Windows XP I get the following message:

Windows cannot create a temporary profile directory. This may be caused by insufficient security rights. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

DETAIL: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested sequence.

If I click on OK, I get the next screen:

"Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system"

DETAIL: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

I’m only able to get into system using the Safe Mode.

It happened after install Service Pack 3. I already tried to restore the system using safe mode but it failed. Also uninstall the Service Pack 3, but now all my restore points just disappeared and the only one I have is when I uninstalled it, so I can’t try to restore anymore….

What should I do?

Thanks in advance.....

Is error that comes up when you don't have enough RAM. How much RAM do you have?

To fix your computer, get your Windows Systems Disk and boot from it and do a repair install.
