win xp when boots my sound volume is 50%

Specs: Windows XP, dual core e67 2gb
when i boot my win xp my sound volume is back ad 50 5 after adjusting it and reboots is back to 50% what can i do

when i boot my windows mixer wave volume is on 50% each time i boot it sets it back to 50% and i have to adjust it to 100%

r den heijer, pure SWAG, set it as you like and then exit Windows using the option under 'file' (only needs to be done once) rather than the handier 'X'. That forces Windows to 'remember' settings (screen size, volume, etc.) and apply them next time.

nothing nada zip still on 50% no idea why xp didnt remember or force to save teh current settings no idea where to look for or wherever
i use to know how but now uhmm i am getting old for this crap xd
