WIN XP not booting ...

Specs: win xp 64 bit, 64 bit desktop
I have got a BSOD & I cannot boot from the OS which is win xp 64 bit on desktop with 3 hdd installed with different OS's.
error msg : -
problem has been detected & windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the computer

check for viruses
remove any newly installed hdd or hdd ctrl's
check your hdd to make sure properly configured & terminated
run chkdsk /f to check for hdd corruptions & than restart comp

Actions taken :
-tried re-installing from CD
-Tried going into f8
-tried to boot from win xp CD still got BSOD
:I have yet to check for voltages tweaks in bios & removed NOT removed the new ram installed recently in the computer yet.

Error: problem has been detected & windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the computer

This error usually occurs because your system is overheating. its possible that there could be a voltage issue.
1st step is to open the case and make sure that the fan on top of the CPU is spinning when you turn your computer on.

Your explanation is confusing. It looks like Windows provided a list of things for your to try but it doesn't appear you tried any of them?

True, the hardware needs to be changed & I don't have resources to buy cooling system until couple of days so how can you help in continue to use the pc?
