Specs: Windows XP, 3.00 GHZ / 1022 Ram
Internet explorer won't load. In the address bar it now says: http://preview.msn.com/en-ca/.
All the bars are showing at the top of screen, but below is the window saying explorer will not load.

Try IE Reset:

IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset button.

You will lose any add-ons but they soon come back. Your favorites will be OK.
If it works you might need to set your home page again.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

"Internet explorer won't load"

What version IE?

Do other browsers load?

You shouldn't be using IE anyways. The last version supported by XP is IE8 & it's extremely outdated. Once you fix IE8, switch to FireFox or Chrome & never use IE8 again.

Yes, use an alternative browser. Keep IE in place but it is only needed until MS stop the final "odd dribble" of updates, which will cease completely in mid 2015.

When you get this fixed see these two:
