What internet browser are you using and which version is it ?

XP comes with IE 6.x - you may need to update it to IE 6 SP2, or better still update it to IE 8 or 9.

I have no problem connecting to www.vistaprint.com on a computer with 98SE on it that has had IE 6 SP2 installed.

I just noticed that when I type in www.vistaprint.com it automatically gets re-directed to to http://www.vistaprint.ca

I'm in Canada - are you in Canada ?

You can select a different country if you go to http://www.vistaprint.ca and then choose "Select a Country" in the top bar

That works in XP in IE 8 too.

Do all other web addresses work ?

Do you have a third party software firewall installed on the computer ?

Are you a young person and this is not your computer ?
If so, is it possible your parent(s) has (have) used Parental controls to block you from going there ?

Did you try going to http://www.vistaprint.ca
then choosing United States when you click on "Select a Country" in the top bar ?

If that doesn't work either....

"I am the parent - No luck - all other web addresses work but vistaprint."

then something is blocking you accessing that address.

Do you have a third party software firewall installed on the computer ?

Some anti-malware programs act like a software firewall - e.g. AdAware, Spybot.

In some cases there is one built into an anti-malware suite of programs - e.g.the paid version of AVG 2011.

In any of those cases....
If someone has answered Deny (or similar) when a message popped up regarding http://www.vistaprint.com that you answer Allow or Deny to, then it will be listed as a blocked address in the firewall or firewall like program somewhere - remove it from the list.
