November 29, 2010 at 14:59:05
Specs: Windows XP
Whenever I open up to use the 'net', 2 instances of iexplore.exe always open!...one intance using twice the memory usage of the other, whatever that usage becomes, getting to a point that it becomes un-useable.

Sometimes you do get two instances of iexplore.exe but I would be inclined to download, install, update and run MalwareBytes freebie just to be on the safe side.

How to know you are getting old 4:
You can't find anything you like on "the wireless"

It might be a malware or if you have IE 8 then you will have one instanse for each tab. For malware scan you can use Security Task Manager
