for last few days i'm getting a strange warning message when my desktop is in the process of shutting down. the message goes like this,

'FreeAgentService.exe Application Error'
The instruction at "0x0012e5e8" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The memory could not br "read".
Click OK to terminate the program. Click on CANCEL to Debug the program'

i don't click anything after few seconds computer shuts down as usual.
why am i getting the message? is it some kind of virus? i use kaspersky internet security 2009. is it a telltale sign of much bigger problem?

many many thanks to you all. eagerly waiting for your inputs.
