Specs: Windows XP, ?992 MB
MESSAGES SENT IN SIZE 12 FONT ARE RECEIVED IN SIZE 120. MESSAGES I RECEIVE ARE IN 120 FONT. HOW DO I CORRECT THIS? IT IS ONLY HAPPENING BETWEEN MYSELF AND 1 OTHER PERSON WHO IS ON OUTLOOK.

It is considered "bad manners" and "shouting" to post in upper case. You need to provide more detail with regard to the email client you are using.

Sorry just had cataract surgery. My friend & I are both on XP. For e-mail she uses what was formerly Outlook Express (think it's now called Windows Mail) & I use Outlook. Only between her and I when we exchange messages the received message comes in 120 font size despite fact that it was typed in size 12. When we send or receive messages to/from others it does not happen
