|You can substitute "Not Sure" with Inbox. I think there is anough info here for you to get the general gist of doing something for yourself.|
Here is how I set up OE for some people, you get all Address book email allowed & anything else gets put in "Not Sure" for checking, this works very well, particularly when you get a new wanted email, it can be moved from "Not Sure" & added to Address Book easily.
1: Tools > Message Rules > Mail.
2: In the new window, select the option; "Where the From line contains people".
3: In the bottom part, click the highlighted, "contains people".
4: In the new window titled "Select people", add all of your Address Book entries. Click OK.
5: Back in the "Select people" window, click Options.
6: In the new window, change the 1st rule to, "Message does not contain the people below" & the 2nd rule to "Message matches any one of the people below" Click OK twice.
7: Back in the first Rule window in Section 2, you now make a choice. I choose " Move it to the specified folder & name that folder "Not Sure"
8: Click on "Move it to the specified folder" in Section 3.
9: Follow the screenshots & click OK 3 times to finish.

Email from people in the address book will go to the Inbox and email from all others will go to the folder you specified. Any new people added to the address book will also have to be added to the filter.
