Solved Video Card For Dell Dimension 8300?

Dell Dimension 8300 desktop

Specs: Windows XP Home Edition, Intel Pentium 4 With 4 Gigabytes RAM
I've been working on an old Dell Dimension 8300. So everything works fine, but the video card installed is older than the computer itself (installed is ATI Rage 128 Pro 16mb Memory). So I was wondering if there was any kind of decent card out there that had video in. I originally had an ATI All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro to put in it, but the card appears to be not working. That card had a cable extension that would let you plug in a DVD Player or VCR up to the card. Is there any cards like that out there. The most important specs that the card needs to follow are:

1. 300W or less demanding video card.
2. At least 128mb memory.

Any cards out there like that?

AGP was phased out by PCI-express several years ago & since then, the availabilty of decent AGP cards have taken a nosedive. How much are you willing to spend & what type of card are you interested in - general purpose or gaming?

Here's what's currently available at Newegg:
