Specs: Windows XP
Dear friends.
Is there any way to open files or shortcuts properties sheet from command line?
I try to open shortcuts properties sheet by right click on it and then click on properties option. But this is very time consuming to open right click menu (only for shortcuts). Whrer is the problem and what I must to do?
Because my shortcut icons was changed to the window default icon and this subject made hard for me to specify file types.

Mehdi Shahryari, The link below should be of some help. I'd try "Method 2 - Using ShellExView to determine the Context-menu causing the problem".

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

If that doesn't work, I was able to fix mine by deleting some keys in the registry. I did once have the same problem as you. Let us know if the ShellExView works out.

Ask and Answer. The way of learning.
But first ask the right way.
