using keyboard arrows to scroll

Due to my Parkinson's, I tend to use the keyboard more often than my trackball mouse. I use the number pad to control the cursor, and until 2 1/2 weeks ago, I also used the keyboard arrows to scroll up and down on a page. While I was in the hospital, my boyfriend used my PC, and now I can't use the arrows to control the scrolling. Home, End, PgUp and PgDn also no longer work. I've tried everything on the Control Panel that might relate to scroll bars with no luck. I'm using Mozilla Firefox. How do I get my arrows to work again?

Try hitting the F7 key.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
