User account problems

Specs: Windows XP
I'm really need your help..
Firstly, I've set up a password for computer user account. After that, I've create another user account for an administrator with name and password. Then, when i turn on my computer, I've lost all my files when my computer turn on by using new administrator user account. How can i get back my files and change all like before the new account were set up

You probably don't need to undo any of the account changes you made. You may just need to take ownership of the files/folders in WinXP. You will need to have administrator privileges. To learn how click on the link below.

Thanks for your answers, but I'm still having a problem. I've tried the link that you have been suggested on "How to take ownership of a file or a folder" but when i click on the properties, the security tab didn't show up. Then, how can i solve my problem?
Could you help me? Please........

I'm sorry..
I not quite sure about that. I didn't know whether I've have logged into administrator privileges or not. How can i check that?
