User Account not connecting to the net

Specs: Windows XP
I have three User Accounts on my Computer. One account will open but it will not connect to the net.What to do?

check internet explorer settings - make sure there's no ticks in the proxy server bit in lan settings in connections. If that's ok, use the reset internet settings under the advanced tab (assuming IE7 or 8).

I'm presuming the other 2 accounts do connect - ie, the machine's connection is ok.
