Hi everybody,
I've got a problem with user accounts in Win XP. I've created a new one, but I can't format a flash memory in it. The error says: "You do not have sufficient right to perform this opperation"
Please help me with this problem.
P.S: I want the account to be alimited one.
That's the thing about limited accounts, it limits the things you can do and destructive procedures like formatting is one of them, You can give limited users the ability to format removable media but then it wouldn't be a limited account any more.
Look under Local Security Settings > Security Options. However, you will need to be logged on as an Administrator to do it.

Stuart: "Look under Local Security Settings > Security Options. However, you will need to be logged on as an Administrator to do it." I tried your solution, but this message appeared. Take a look: http://www.host-images.com/u/files/...
In that case there is something wrong with your windows installation. Either there is a registry entry missing or some DLLs are not properly registered. A repair install should solve it.
