update an set of files which is used by group

Specs: Windows XP
a set of users group using one of our application. now there is a change in that application and need to update that files in each and every one system manually. instead of that is it possible to create a batch file and update the application?(Updated files are stored in common server)

Yes, but we may need to have exact info to be sure.

we have three files which includes 2 DLL files and 1 Exe file. the files are stored in a server(Ex: \\\d$New folder). the previous version files are in each users system local drive(Ex; c:\Program file\....), around 200 users using these files.now need to update the 3 new files into all the 200 users machine's by using the batch file.
