Logs off before fully logged on-
Response Number 2 looks like a fix.

This may help too ---
Find a list of STOP MESSAGES(BSOD) here:
Click 7E at left side of that page.

Thank you chuck2

I have a problem which started with number of viruses asa result of which I was unable to log on and I was also unable to get on the internet. I don;t know how but somehow I got internet started and I therefore downloaded AVG 8.5 free virus software with a view to run virus scan programme and remove viruses. I did manage to remove the virus (i think) but when I switched off the pc and started it next day I had the problem of not being able to log on. I can;t get start screen and therefore unable togo on to any programme or to cdrive etc.

I need guidance. please let me know what do I do a) to be able to log on and then amend/enter any commands to set things right. When I press Control+ALT+Delete on any user names it gives me the user name prompt with password to enter but I do not know anypasswords. I tried to overtype username with Administrator and put in new admiinistrator password that I created but it comes up with message username/passwrod not correct.
