Solved Unable to find dynamic link library

Specs: Windows XP
I keep getting these error messages when I start up my computer ans when I try to open a document:

Download Manager.exe-Application Error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)

and

Loader Error: The procedure entry point HttpQueryInfoA could not be located in the dynamic link library Wininet.dll

please help!!!!!

Uninstall Download Manager, run CCleaner, reboot. Then if you still want to use it, reinstall Download Manager.

WHAT IS A DOWNLOAD MANAGER AND HOW DO I UNINSTALL IT? NOT COMPUTER SMART? SORRY. AND HOW DO I RUN CCLEANER? I KNOW HOW TO REBOOT. AND DO I NEED THE DOWNLOAD MANAGER AFTER I UNINSTALL IT.

OKAY I FOUND 2 DOWNLOAD MANAGERS WHEN I SEARCHED MY FILES AND FOLDERS HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ONE TO KEEP AND WHICH ONE TO DELETE?
