Specs: Windows XP
Windows xp machine. Has hp9050 pcl and ps network drivers installed. I need to remove them. I assigned end-user local admin rights to PC to remove them under her account. After local admin rights have been assigned and logging her out/on the PC she gets a message that access is denied. Under my own admin account I have logged in and gone to file/server properties, drivers..to remove hp 9050 pcl and ps drivers but I get printer is still in use so I am not able to delete network printer....

any suggestions? Thanks!

It might be that there are a ton of files left trying to print. I forget where they are but you have to delete them from the local hard drive and it should fix it. Search for something like delete printer que files or such.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?

If you can't delete them from the Server properties option, then you need to do a search for them in the registry and remove them from there. Then reboot and you should be able to delete them. Be careful, hacking the registry can be fatal if you don't know the proper items to delete.
