I input my user name, password and nothing happens. I click log on again and a message pop up saying "still processing" but nothing happens.I can' log on to my bills. can anyone give me any suggestions?
Try using a different web browser. If you currently use IE try Firefox. Check your popup blocker. You may need to allow popups for the banking website.
Call the bank. It is in their interests to help you sort this out.
