every time I turn on the computer appears the window My Documents and every time I turn off the computer I have to turn it off using the button

Know how to run chkdsk /f and use the programs disk cleanup and defrag?

chkdsk /f
go to start and run
type in cmd and hit enter
in the black box type chkdsk /f
answer yes to the question
type exit
shutdown and restart so check disk runs

You access disk cleanup and defrag from the Accessories /System tools menu

codrutza, Go to the link below, scroll down to line 255 (right column) and click on or right click and choose Save target as "My Documents Folder Opens Upon Boot (for C:\)" to download a reg file fix. Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt.
