turbo c is not opening in window xp

Specs: Windows XP
whenever i tried to open turbo c in my window xp. the black screen open it for 30sec & get back to the destop

That's because Turbo C is a DOS application and there is no DOS in Windows XP.

If you type Cmd from the run menu you will get a command prompt. Run Turbo C from there and it might work but at least the black window wont disappear.

Hi,

I think the version you have for use is corrupted because Turbo C supports Win XP environment, try another copy of same software and check the properties of cmd.exe is set correctly to full screen and also the buffer size so that a better view can generate.
