Microsoft Microsoft windows xp home edit...

Specs: Windows XP, 3.06GHz
My husband keeps getting a box that comes up when he starts his p.c. stating there were problems. The program is Threat Fire. He never downloaded this program, and when we found it, we tried to delete the folder and said it was unable to delete it. Is there a way to remove this program? I know it's in it's on folder called P.C. Tools.
TIA

Did you try Control Panel > Add/Remove?

Sorry , but it's just me & my husband in the house unless my cats did it.
The program isn't listed in add & remove. It's folder is in C/Program Files/DocumentsSettings/AllUsers/ApplicationsData/PCTools
Tried to delete folder won't allow.

Got it fixed. Call Spyware Doctor support. Uninstalled Spyware Doctor & reinstalled. It's fixed.
