"i've SP3 installed"

Several other sites say the cause of the "the procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located" error message is because SP3 has not been installed. There are also posts on this site that say the same thing:

Are you sure the version you downloaded was for XP and 32 bit (assuming you are not 64bit)?

Uninstall it and try this version if necessary:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Windows Key and Break Key at the same time. Then Print Screen key, open paint, mouse over white area and press Control and V. Save as and use image hosting site to host the picture and post the url to it here. This site doesn't allow uploads of pictures, just links to them.

You can always upload on a free website such as this:

Just give us the address (URL) they give you.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
