I have installed windows and Norton 360. I can't send or receive emails from outlook. Norton cant access the temporary internet files in Documents & Settings\<user>\ local settings\. If I try to create a folder called temporary internet files, it tells me that a folder of that name already exists, but it it is totally invisible. I have already set the folder to display hidden files.

I recommend against Norton/Symantec products. For the most part, they're bloatware & work no better than any of the freebies that are currently available such as Microsoft's Security Essentials.

To show the Temp Internet Files Folder, you need to uncheck the box next to "Hide protected operating system files"

Thanks! Solved the display problem. Now I will uninstall Norton, and get the email working, Thanks again
