Hello, we have programs written in AcuCobol which use temporary files. They have been running without problems for several years. Now one of our customers reports that since yesterday they sometimes get the file system error 39,01. Our application has to be restarted after that (Batch Queue). In the documentary error 39 is described as: "Existing file conflict with the COBOL description of the file. (open)" The secondary error code 01 says: "mismatch found but exact cause unknown (this status is returned by the host file system.)" Not very useful... The programs have not changed. The disk is not full and there are no other temporary files. The file name is valid (i.e. '\s4kip'). What can cause the problem?
