why would u disable everything on startup?
the cpu is working on the application u just opened(clearwire) its supposed to be like this otherwise the application wont run.
just to be sure and safe scan ur system for any viruses with ur antivirus, AND with malwarebytes(google)

thanks for the reply toxict51, i cleaned all the garbage files up deleted some of my desktop files, what i dont get is that most of those files have been on my comp for a couple years and i had no problems at all, i am thinking that a week ago or so i was watching a movie and the movie was playing in like frames not smooth so i tried updating all my drivers and then the next time i got on it was really slow so i defragged it disc clean up ran bit defender and malware bytes, cleaned registry with eusing and boost my pc which found a couple of adwares but removed them nothing found with malware or bit defender and cpus are still running 100%, thanks for all ur help i really appreciate it toxic, i will see about getting rid of some more files and post back again thanks toxict
