Did you try googling the entries?

WLTRAY.exe = Dell Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Tray Applet

conime.exe = This process is used when a Asian laguage is used in Windows. OR...it's a backdoor application can allow attackers to access your computer, stealing passwords and personal data.

ctfmon.exe = a process belonging to Microsoft Office Suite.

noUI = ??

Try running CCleaner Portable, click Tools > Startup & see if that gives you any more info.

Just wondered if you have been running a registry cleaner? This sort of issue is what they can cause.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thanks to all for your replies. I have in fact recently run PC Clean Up which among other things is stated to repair registry errors. The ""noUi startup program is related to this program. Do you recommend that I reverse the fixes?

There are various PC Clean Up programs around so I'm not sure which you used.

Yes, on balance I would reverse the fixes and see if that helps (assuming its fix reversal works properly). Generally I think such programs can foul up more than they fix and rarely make much difference to performance. CCleaner is about the only one that I regard as safe.

Otherwise there is suggestion #2 but that is really only for those who feel reasonably comfortable in the registry. If that's not you then it would be safer to avoid it because an error in there can cause serious issues.

EDIT:
Regarding conime.exe are you using an Asian language?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Just to get all the missing info, can you run this please.

Download DDS. Copy and Paste the contents of the 2 logs please.
DDS which will create a Pseudo HJT Report as part of its log.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/for...
http://download.bleepingcomputer.co...
DDS will now start scanning your computer and compiling a variety of information about what programs are starting on your computer, what files have been recently created, and the general configuration of your computer. When DDS has finished scanning, all of this information will be compiled and be displayed in two Notepad windows named dds.txt and attach.txt as shown below.
