system specs?
can u boot to safe mode or windows?
are the fans of ur cpu, gpu, psu, HDD spinning?
if u can get to safe mode u need to check in control panel if power saving mode is active.
to do that go to control panel> power options> then choose when the monitor is turned off> put all options to never
and same goes to choose when the computer sleeps also all to never reboot and check.
also check if the fans are spinning and if the monitor light is blinking or not

computers are a second home

First note:
Power saving modes generally return to normal with the pressing of enter on the keyboard or clicking of the mouse. This may not happen though if the devices are not plugged directly into a rear USB or PS2 port that is on the motherboard. Hubs, expansion ports (on an expansion card), some types of front ports, and possibly USB3 ports will not be powered or monitored during power saving modes so should not be used for these simple devices.
Otherwise refer back to response #1

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
