system tools and accessories won't work

Specs: Windows XP, cpu speed: 1.4 ghz and RAM is 1.5 gigs
my computer is messed up ever because
I touched a windows nt command script that was to suppose to uninstall bricopack vista inspirat 2 even though i uninstalled it like a 5 months ago. Task manager, display, regedit, calculator, and more are gone, and i need help to fix my computer besides system restore or reinstalling windows or reformatting.

Ps: Don't have system restore because it was off and I don't to go through the trouble of reinstalling windows or formatting. I also checked my computer for viruses several times with several programs and there was no infections.

If you're using Windows XP.
For the Task Manager problem try Method 1 or 2 at the link below.

For the regedit problem try Method 1 if you're using Windows XP Home or Method 2 if you're using Windows XP Pro at the link below.

For the other problems try the " AccRestore 2.0" at the link below.

Note that all above fixes are for Windows XP.
