I routinely run a job that prints multiple pages. To print this job I have to reset my preferences to print on one side only (there is a reason for this). However, it ends up wasting a ton of paper because an almost blank back side (which I throw away) results if the document doesn't go into the second page. Clear as mud?
Does print preview show the 'in between' pages? Is there an issue with the margin settings that you have blank lines 'printing' onto the second pages? "I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the most of us..." Pink Floyd
I don't think I asked the question correctly because I know what you are talking about and that's not the answer. This is a continuous document that depending on how much prints on it it can go from one page to slightly over one page. I know what needs to be done but don't know if it is possible and if it is it could be a complicated macro. There needs to be a macro or something that can recognize the end of a one-pager, and then print the next document starting on the next sheet (not the back of the prior document).
